This California Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share “personal information” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). It applies only to California residents.
Most of our data practices are governed by our Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Policy. However, if you are a California resident, the CCPA may also apply—particularly for business-related products offered on our site (such as small business loans or business credit cards).

If third-party data collection on our site qualifies as a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA, you can opt out by:

Visiting privacyrights.info to opt out via the DAA tool
Adjusting ad personalization at Google Ad Settings

Verification
We may ask for information to confirm your identity before fulfilling your request. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. If the agent is a business entity, it must be registered with the California Secretary of State.
Minors
We do not sell or share personal information of consumers we know are under 16.
Small Business Loan Information
If you provide personal information in connection with small business loan inquiries, that disclosure is not considered a “sale” under the CCPA.
